About Me
My dad always said, “It doesn’t matter what you do for a living, just do it well and love it.” I took that to mean to do everything I can to be the best at what you do and find real joy in it. It doesn’t matter how difficult something appears to be, what matters is what you did to overcome that challenge and what the outcome was. I try to embody that in everything I do, both professionally and in my personal life. I am a creatively passionate individual and all I want is to use that creativity to make the lives of others a little bit easier.

In 2017, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre with an emphasis in Scenic Design from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. I have considerable experience on and off the stage as an actor and a designer. For the last 3 years, I have been the Assistant Technical Director and Shop Manager for the Hale Centre Theatre in Sandy, Utah. These experiences have taught me how to work within a deadline and to thrive under pressure.
Additionally, I have done considerable freelancing contractual work for local theatre companies and schools. These freelancing opportunities have expanded my ability to brainstorming creative ideas, research, stay within a budget, organize multiple facets of the project, and see the project through to completion.

My skills include advanced carpentry, welding, scenic painting, finish carpentry, rigging, and hand drafting. I am trained and proficient in a number of software programs, including Vectorworks, AutoCad, Lightwright 6, Qlab 4, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premier, IOS and PC Systems.
With a combination of good people skills, dedication, patience, and the physical skills listed above, I believe that I would be an asset to your team. I learn quickly and take direction well, so you would always get your desired result.
